REGISTER WARRANTY

1.When there is an incoming call, please click the Headset button to answer the call, don’t answer the call by touching the phone, otherwise the call will go through the phone, not the headset.

2.If the call is answered by phone, you can choose the “audio”  on the caller page to change the call way.

3.When talking, if you feel the volume is low, you can increase the volume through the Headset function or the phone..

 

 

  • We can’t pair the headset with the device,how to solve it?

Reset the Headset to factory setting

A: Forget the original “A14” Bluetooth model of all devices and turn off the Bluetooth of your device.

B: Turn off the headset. If the Headset is not turned off, press and hold the Headset button for 5 seconds to turn them off. The Headset indicator lights will be red for 1 second.

C:Then press and hold the Headset button for 9 seconds and release the button when Headset flashes blue for the second time.

(The entire Indicator light change process:

  1. The Headset indicator light flashes blue
  2. The Headset light flashes blue and red.
  3. The headset doesn’t have any light
  4. The Headset flashing blue again (this step release the button))

D: You will notice the headset flashing red and blue light.

E:Turn on the Bluetooth of your device. Search and click on the model “A14”, then the Headset is successfully connected..

 

Note: If your device can’t find the “A14” Bluetooth model,please turn off and reopen the Bluetooth option and search again.

  • Q: How do I Adjust the Volume ? The volume is a little low ?

A: After you pair the Headset with your phone.

First, If your phone is IOS SYSTEM, Please Click the Headset “+” button Once.

Second, If your phone is Android SYSTEM, Please Firstly Click  Headset “+” button Once and then Increase the Volume through Your phone.

Because the system protocols of iPhone and Android are different, the control procedures are also different.
